We are looking for an Assistant Vice President – Business Development who will be responsible for establishing and achieving commercial goals for all projects across geographies, effective negotiations, deal closures; Individuals with sound legal and compliance knowledge to prepare legally sound contracts with risk avoidance. You will be responsible for engaging with intradisciplinary teams across all our global locations and tasked with coordinating, assessing the potential and closing deals across global markets we cater to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete responsibility to strategize, plan, develop and achieve Business Results in BFSI, IT/ITES and Business Transformation domains
  • Research, Gain & Share Deep Insights of Prospective Clients, create an individualized approach, design solutions & Product Offerings to meet customer needs
  • Develop Monthly / Quarterly / Annual plans and achieve revenue goals
  • Must have pre-existing contacts in the BFSI, IT/ITES and Business Transformation industries
  • Research new markets and identify potential new customer prospects
  • Ability to engage with top levels of management, building effective relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets, team player and entrepreneurial drive to succeed
  • Must have a deep understanding of Enterprise Software Solutions and market trends
  • Familiar with solution selling techniques and strong account management skills
  • Responsible for giving Technical Presentations to the Customers on the proposed Solutions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry
  • Assist Corporate Commercial Team in facilitating commercial closures and resolving outstanding issues with clients
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and activities for the defined territory
  • Identifying, qualifying, developing and closing potential sales opportunities
  • Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets and other key result areas

  • Must have excellent communication, organizational and relationship building skills

Qualifications Required:

  • Masters’ / Bachelor’s degree with min 9 years’ experience in BFSI, IT / ITES domains
  • Good knowledge of Competitive Landscape and experience in selling to large BFSI and ITES customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Affinity for Travel
  • English, Tamizh & Hindi mandatory (Read and Write)
