We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager at Chennai, who shall ensure the customers’ needs and expectations are met in a time-bound manner. The individual will be responsible to maintain and expand relationships with the customers & work in close association with various business departments thus maintain and develop strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a deep understanding of the customer needs and requirements
  • Develop and foster loyal, long-lasting relationships with the customers
  • Provide solution to their problems to enable mutually trust worthy relationships
  • Help the customers to successfully realize their business goals leading to their satisfaction
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Ensure that the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast for the use of both internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Generate new sales that will result in long-lasting relationships

Key Skills:

  • Strong Hindi, English & Tamil communication skills
  • Smart, pleasant, analytical and presentable
  • Ability to multi-task & passion for travel
  • Manage coordination between customers & internal teams
  • Positive, result-oriented & adaptable to competitive business scenarios
  • Excellent planning, organizational, inter-personal & presentation skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in problem-solving techniques

Qualifications Required:

  • Any Bachelor/Master’s Degree with 6-8 years of experience in Customer Relations Management
  • Immediate Joiners are preferred
