We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Pre- Order) for software platform development to lead and assist in the requirement gathering and process implementation for Banking/NBFC/Healthcare applications.
- Effectively engage with customers to gather the required requirements
- Good knowledge in understanding the customer requirement and prepare scope document
- Experience in preparing business requirement document
- Design process flow, create block diagram, and data flow diagrams
- Exposure in creating prototypes and wireframes
- Good analytical, critical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft and Google project management tools
- Effectively interact with customers, management, and team members
- Should have good verbal & written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 2-5 years of experience in requirement gathering and process implementation experience, preferably in a Banking/NBFC/Healthcare software development environment
- Experience working with standard research tools, techniques, and methodologies
