- Understand and manage client concerns and expectations by coordinating with the operations team
- Act as a single point of contact for complaints/feedback and escalate issues as appropriate
- Develop long-term sustainable relationships with client teams
- Work to improve client satisfaction
- Knowledge in MS office
- Strong communication skills
- Education: Any UG Qualification
- Experience: 0 to 2 yrs.
