Customer Support Executive – Bengali/Hindi Voice

Key Skills:

  • Bengali/Hindi speaking, Inbound & outbound calls, Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and update general inquiry in CRM
  • Register customer visit as per the customers need
  • Doing outgoing calls as per the base provided by the customer
  • Conduct necessary follow-up on incoming call inquiries
  • Do outbound calls for SMS campaign as per the base provided by the customer

Key Professional Attributes:

  • Proper Phone ettiquette and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Excellent knowledge with computers, especially CRM systems and excel
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Excellent Bengali/Hindi communication skills

Qualifications Required:

  • Diploma/Bachelors Degree
  • Experience: 0-2 years
  • Bengali is Mandatory
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts
