We’re now looking for a Manager of Business Growth (BFSI) to join our team with 5+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze prospective clients; gain deep insights; and formulate business strategies and solutions to leverage opportunities.
  • Develop plans to achieve revenue goals and execute them to meet or exceed targets consistently.
  • Map prospect companies: organization structure, decision process, key influencers, end users, and committees.
  • Engage with all levels of management and cultivate fresh client relationships for enhanced business opportunities.
  • Deliver powerful technical presentations to customers on proposed solutions.
  • Craft compelling proposals focused on winning large deals.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels.
  • Articulate the company’s value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships to drive growth in client accounts.
  • Assist the commercial team in resolving outstanding client issues effectively.
  • Track regulatory changes, market trends and advise product teams.

Expected Qualities:

  • Ability to build trust about self, the company, and its products at the senior management level of prospective companies.
  • Prior experience in selling banking solutions or products is mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of surpassing targets, displaying strong teamwork, and exhibiting an entrepreneurial drive to succeed.
  • Strong account management and solution selling experience
  • Process-oriented approach to systematically plan and achieve business targets.
  • Proven record of professional communication and customer handling with good references.

Expected Educational Background and Experience:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in prospecting banking and financial services software products.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, presentation tools, and other business
  • Enjoy thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative work environment.
  • Prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, integrity, discipline, and commitment.
  • Track record of consistently achieving agreed revenue targets and other key performance indicators.
