We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – BFSI who will be responsible for managing the B2B business operations in the Mumbai region. You should be able to research, gain and share deep insights on prospective customers and create processes independent of people to achieve revenue goals. A deep understanding of Business Transformation and Enterprise Platforms and Technology is key. You are given the unique opportunity to drive change, build teams and adapt to the needs of the customer. Execution skills have high precedence!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Research, Gain & Share Deep Insights of Prospective Clients & Formulate Business Strategies, Design Solutions & Product Offerings to Utilize Opportunities
  • Develop a strategic plan to achieve revenue goals; hit or exceed revenue goals
  • Research new markets and identify potential new customer prospects by using various means such as the Internet, publications and membership and association directories identify key players/decision-makers and generate interest
  • Ability to sell to various levels of management and gain prospective new clients along with building client relationships will have an added advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets, team player and entrepreneurial drive to succeed
  • Must have a deep understanding of Enterprise Software Solutions and market trends
  • Familiar with solution selling techniques and strong account management skills
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets
  • Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels in an organization
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other related applications
  • Responsible for giving Technical Presentations to the Customers on the proposed Solutions
  • Create winning proposals with a clear focus to be able to win large deals
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales heads for further development and closure
  • Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
  • Understand and effectively communicate the Company’s value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as related to the growth of current and prospective client accounts
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and the biddable media marketplace- past, present and future
  • Assist the commercial team in any outstanding issues with clients
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and activities for the defined territory
  • Identifying, qualifying, developing and closing potential sales opportunities
  • Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets and other key result areas

  • Must be highly adaptable, process-oriented, result-driven, quick learner and team player
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational and relationship building skills

Qualifications Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years’ experience in Banking & Financial Services
  • Experience in selling banking & Financial Products
  • Should possess extensive contacts with senior Management in BFSI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • English, Hindi & Marathi mandatory
